Hi! I’m a researcher at Cold Spring Harbor Lab, where I work with Ben Cowley and Florin Albeanu to build computational models of decision-making in mice. I am broadly interested in 1) modeling the cognitive algorithms underlying open-ended, autotelic decision-making in animals, and 2) building similarily capable artificial agents.
Before joining CSHL, I received an MSc in Computer Science and BSc in Integrated Sciences from The University of British Columbia, working with Frank Wood and Jeremy Seamans. In Fall 2025, I’ll be starting a PhD in Cognition & Perception at NYU 🌆
